Our Japanese-style Santoku chef's knife is a high-quality and versatile tool in any kitchen, used for a variety of cutting tasks. With its wide, sharp blade made of high-quality, stainless molybdenum vanadium steel X50CrMoV15, it enables precise cuts, chopping food and mincing herbs with ease.

DETAILS:

Each blade is individually hardened and monitored in a special hardening process. This ensures that the blade wears significantly less, meaning that less sharpening is required. A polishing process increases the sharpness, speed and quality of each cutting edge. Thanks to the polished surface, the blade is corrosion-resistant and easier to clean.
