Our fish filleting knife is a specialized tool used for precise and delicate cutting work when filleting fish. With its flexible and slim blade made of High-quality, stainless molybdenum vanadium steel X50CrMoV15, it enables clean cuts along the bones and easy removal of skin and bones.

DETAILS:

Each blade is individually hardened and monitored in a special hardening process. This ensures that the blade wears significantly less, meaning that less sharpening is required. A polishing process increases the sharpness, speed and quality of each cutting edge. Thanks to the polished surface, the blade is corrosion-resistant and easier to clean.
