Additional cooling from above - Gastrostar hotel pan cooling  frame for the new ThermoCell eutectic plates

The Gastrostar hotel pan thermobox already has excellent insulating properties. If you need to additionally cool particularly fresh or frozen goods, we recommend using the Gastrostar hotel pan cooling frame specially developed for this box.

The top cooling frame offers a very quick and easy way to create additional cooling. It is simply inserted as an intermediate element between the Gastrostar hotel pan insulated box and the lid and fitted with 2 new ThermoCell eutectic cooling plates. A thermometer is integrated into the frame to ensure that the temperature in the box can be monitored at all times. Like the insulated boxes themselves, the cooling frame is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) in the colour black.

It is suitable for use in all Gastrostar hotel pan insulated boxes. The ThermoCell eutectic plates are not included in the scope of delivery.
