Heat-resistant silicone scrapers – for easy spreading, serving and scraping clean

Whether you are working in a large commercial kitchen, restaurant, snack bar or your private kitchen at home, silicone scrapers are always invaluable when stirring ingredients together, for spreading substances out smoothly, or for scraping every last morsel out of a pan or mixing bowl.

These heat-resistant spatulas consist of a red, glass fibre reinforced plastic handle with practical hanging device, and a soft, white silicone scraper. These materials are completely safe for use with food of course. These spatulas come in two different shapes and various sizes.

The silicone spatula can briefly withstand temperatures up to +260°C. So, for example, it is an excellent utensil for cooking jam or fruit purée, or for scraping melted chocolate out of the bowl to avoid any waste. The silicone scraper is designed to be very sturdy and robust, which means it can also be used to work with thick, heavy mixtures. Another bonus of this material is that the scraper will not cause scratches on non-stick bowls, pans or baking moulds.

After use, the silicone spatulas can be washed quickly and easily under hot running water, or you can put them in the dishwasher.
